MOLD INSPECTION SERVICES

When looking to hire a mold detection expert, keep in mind the two phases of a mold inspection: a visual examination for signs of mold and testing. 

• We take surface samples using swab and tape lift methods.

• We take air samples of both indoor and outdoor air to have a means of comparison.

• We send our samples to a 3rd party accredited lab to run the tests.

You can trust that our Certified Indoor Air Consultants are highly trained to find and identify areas that are ideal for mold growth. If mold is found, then we will collect samples for testing. The test will determine the type of mold and the indoor concentration.

A video inspection makes it possible for us to see small defects that can turn into large problems if not fixed.
